Why we love Tignes!
If it’s snow quality that you’re after, you can’t do much better than Tignes. The season runs from mid November to late April and year on year it offers some of the best snow conditions in the Alps. Oh, and the off-piste is unreal and super accessible! So if you’re looking for an early season fix, or a late season blue sky break, we highly recommend Tignes.
The Skiing

From 3,456m at the top of the Grande Motte glacier all the way down to 1,550m in Tignes les Brévières, you can enjoy over 300km of skiing. And if that isn’t enough, the après-ski activities on offer will keep even the most energetic groups busy all week. Why not try ice diving in the lake, or perhaps enjoy a wilderness evening and fondue in the mountain yurts, followed by a night sledge down to les Brévières.

The Valerie is in Tignes le Lac at 2100m, the central part of Tignes. Just 200m from the slopes the Valerie is close to the nursery area (complete with free drag lift) which is great news for beginners and large families. A perfect home for those that want to be in the heart of the best skiing at high altitude.
