STEP 1:
Make an Enquiry & Get a Quote
Register your interest using one of the ‘Get A Quote Now’ links or the button below, and we’ll arrange a convenient time for a chat to understand your school’s needs. We’ll discuss free place ratios, transport, destinations, and activities—but don’t worry if you’re unsure; we’re happy to guide you! You’ll then receive a no-obligation quote, tailored to your group.
STEP 2:
Launch Your Trip
Once you’re ready, you can secure your booking with a small holding deposit while you generate interest. We’ll provide marketing materials like slideshows, posters, and editable letter templates. If possible, we can even visit your school to host an assembly and meet the lead teachers.
STEP 3:
Compliance
While you collect deposits, we’ll communicate on the necessary paperwork to ensure your trip meets your school’s policies. We are ABTOT registered and hold an ATOL license, meaning your trip is financially protected and fully compliant with UK Package Travel Regulations. We’ll also provide an SOE5 declaration and any additional risk assessments needed. For some destinations, we may even arrange a recce for the lead teacher.
STEP 4:
Pack Your Bags
Final payment is due 12 weeks before departure. At this stage, we’ll refine your itinerary and confirm any special requests. With all paperwork completed, you can really start to get excited about your trip!
STEP 5:
Enjoy Your Trip
One of our reps – usually Robbie – will meet you at your destination and be there throughout your trip. Our hands-on approach means our reps actively assist, whether in the surf or on the slopes. Your rep will host a small awards ceremony each evening to recognise the pupils throughout the day who have performed acts of bravery, kindness, or perhaps just comedy wipe outs. Prizes include silly hats and tutus that can be worn with pride the following day! Plus, with your permission, your rep will capture trip highlights so you leave with a collection of photos perfect for your school newsletter. Oh, and your marketing team will love you for it!
