Your rep will be there to assist on the slopes or in the waves, manage transfers, accommodate special requests, and bring energy and enthusiasm to your trip. If your group includes children, our reps can also help keep them entertained during the day or evening, giving adults more flexibility. We also offer direct payment options – so the trip leader doesn’t have to manage all the funds! Every group is different, but here’s how we support you at every step:
How it works
STEP 1:
Make an Enquiry & Get a Quote
Register your interest using the link, and we’ll arrange a call at a convenient time to discuss your group’s needs. We’ll go over transport, destinations, and activities—but if you’re unsure, we’ll guide you. You’ll then receive a no-obligation, tailored quote.
STEP 2:
Launch Your Trip
Once you’re ready, secure your booking with a small holding deposit while you organise your group. We’ll provide a marketing pack with images and a trip breakdown to share with your friends.
STEP 3:
Compliance
While deposits are being collected, we’ll handle any required paperwork, such as risk assessments and insurance certificates. We are ABTOT registered and hold an ATOL license, ensuring your trip is financially protected and fully compliant with UK Package Travel Regulations. Plus, all our reps are DBS checked and safeguard trained for your peace of mind.
STEP 4:
Pack Your Bags
Final payment is due 12 weeks before departure. At this stage, we’ll finalize your itinerary and confirm any special requests. With everything in place, all that’s left to do is get excited.
STEP 5:
Enjoy Your Trip
For small groups traveling without a rep, we’re available 24/7 via phone or email for any assistance. If you’re a larger group, your rep will be there every step of the way to ensure a seamless experience.
