We have forged great friendships with many of our return clients and love to trade waves and stories with them year after year.

Our Story
Crave was born in North Devon when Robbie swapped 13 years of teaching to follow his passion, launching after-school surf clubs and weekend camps for local kids. What started as a passion project has grown into bespoke surf, ski, and snowboarding adventures for schools, corporate teams, and thrill-seekers worldwide. As a small, family-run business, we’re all about quality and personal touch—giving us the freedom to create unforgettable experiences for an amazing variety of groups.
We love what we do, and we wouldn’t trade it for anything. There’s nothing better than seeing the stoke on someone’s face after catching their first wave, conquering a mountain run, or sharing stories around a fire after an epic day. This isn’t just a business for us—it’s a way of life, and we’re excited to keep the adventure going for years to come!

Director
Robbie is the driving force behind our adventures, combining 13 years of teaching experience with an unstoppable passion for travel. He’s surfed around the globe, knows all our ski resorts like the back of his hand, and is the mastermind behind crafting your perfect trip. His passion? Sharing his love of the ocean and mountains with the next generation.
Issy
Rep, surf & yoga instructor
A local North Devon girl with an awesome attitude, Issy is a surfer, a gifted surf instructor, a yoga enthusiast and a travel addict all rolled into one! She’s been with us since day one and leads our North Devon and Morocco trips like an absolute pro. As a qualified teacher, she’s amazing with kids and a total hit with school groups. We’re super lucky to have her on the team!
Sofie
Digital Marketing and Scandinavian operations
Straight from the frozen north, Sofie has snowboarding in her DNA! She’s the genius behind
our digital marketing and the logistical mastermind for all things Scandinavian. But her true superpower? Making sure we all remember that we do this for the fun – because what’s adventure without a little mischief?
